What is Weeefun?

Weeefun is a high quality, private pediatric therapy clinic, located in San Dimas, (East side of the San Gabriel Valley, CA). We are an expert therapy team, here to meet the needs of our local community.

We provide the highest quality Occupational Therapy and Physical Therapy Intervention. We specialize in Neuro-Developmental Treatment (NDT), Sensory Integration Treatment (SI), Feeding and Swallow, and Lactation. We have extensive expertise with preterm and newborn babies, infants, and in general pediatrics. Treatment is focused on a team approach, with the client and family taking an active role in the process. We are committed to providing only expert care and intervention.

We provide consultation in clinic, home and out in the local community. Location is chosen to best meet the needs of the client.

OT’s & PT’s

Weeefun Therapy is looking for OT's & PT's to join our therapy family, in a dynamic private clinic practice. We prefer someone with at least 1 year of experience, with skills in sensory and NDT type treatments, and progress toward advance feeding certificate beneficial. We primarily treat children age 0-3, and 3-5years, in clinic, home and telehealth. Hourly/part-time, with flexibility to add hours. Salary competitive, with health benefits, CEU stipend, IRA, on-site training, flexible schedule. Providing OT & PT services to children within the regulations and scope of practice as determined by the Occupational Therapy & Physical Therapy Boards, Department of Consumer Affairs, State of CA. The OT & PT will provide evaluation, treatment and family education to children with developmental delays, impairments in functional skills, various disabilities or changes in function/health status. Require current CA Occupational Therapy Board License, or Physical Therapy Board License, AHA CPR/AED, Driver’s License.

OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR: competitive wage

Professional must be fun but serious-minded, hands-on, well-organized, have stability and experience in a similar role. Excellent company with healthcare benefits, flexibility. The individual will ensure an organized and efficient office with responsibilities including:

  • Organizing/overseeing electronic files, invoices, monthly billing and receipts.
  • First point of contact for all therapy employee and contract staff for day-day office needs.
  • Maintain optimal attendance and coordinate on-line therapy schedule for all staff/clients.
  • Ensuring all calendars are accurate and organized.
  • Answer phones, respond to voicemails and emails.
  • Ensure the office and clinic remain clean and organized.
  • Maintaining office supply inventory, ordering new supplies as needed.
  • Ensure all visitors with a hospitable experience and discretely handle confidential information.


  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in a similar role.
  • Ability to use Microsoft productivity software such as Excel and Word.
  • Excellent attention to detail, strong time management and organizational ability. Ability to multi-task.
  • Effective communications skills – verbal and writing skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for interacting with clients and families, staff, vendors and senior management.
